Saturday Afternoon Hike – July 21
Sutro Baths and Land’s End

A few mile hike and if our gurus come maybe a break for meditation and Qi Gong along the way.
Meeting at the Musee Mecanique – in front of the gift shop at 1 PM. We will be finished at Fort Miley / Sutro Heights by 5 PM. The hike is 4.5-5 miles and along the SF coast.
Lets set up carpools, email me for more information. The hike is open to all and always a good time!
